Shweta Kastiya is Sr. Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies and also Member Secretary, Centre for Research, Innovation and Training at IIS (deemed to be University). She has supervised many PG dissertations related to various management issues. 04 Ph.D. have been awarded under her supervision. She has acted as Organizing Secretary of two ICSSR sponsored National Seminars on Women Entrepreneurship, Employment and Empowerment: Sustainable Pathways to Egalitarian Society and Women Empowerment and Inclusive Growth. She received Best Business Academic-2017 by Indian Commerce Association. She has authored one book. She has published a number of research papers in national and international journals on several dimensions of Commerce and Management.
